I am so happy to join the Ritual Sacramento teaching team. Ritual is a space steeped in practice, feminine wisdom, yogic tradition, therapeutic expertise, and what I can only describe as a profound sense of family-ness.
I deeply admire every single teacher at Ritual, not only for their understanding of the human body but also in their warm, welcoming, caring, grounded and profoundly loving embodied presence.
Im grateful to Kaci Florez for her warmth, devotion and clear leadership as I join this community - and to all the teachers and students who have made me feel so welcome.
You’ll be seeing me regularly attending classes at Ritual, and please join me at 7:30am on Saturday mornings for movement, breath, and the mysterious journey that we undertake when we combine the two.
