Individual Somatic Relational, and Integrative Wellness Coaching offers the space for you to honor and transform the parts of you that are longing for nourishment and repair. In a trauma-informed space all parts of you are welcome, met with curiosity, compassion, celebration, and ultimately, love.
Rather than viewing embodiment as something to achieve, we slow down and guide you into discovering your relatioship with your body and physical world that is already here. Mind, body, spirit, and the relational field are lovingly and carefully explored as you grow in your ability to remain grounded, present, connected, and resourced through the ups and downs of life; and in the service you offer this world.
As a dedicated and committed practitioner specializing in holistic and trauma-aware approaches to trauma recovery, I offer a multidisciplinary, seasoned, and personalized approach that addresses a broad spectrum of needs, including:

My approach encompasses tending to various aspects of life, including the physical, emotional, social, and relational - incorporating deep listening practices, mindfulness, reverence, mind-body medicine, herbalism, merdian acupressure therapy, and somatic-relational education and skill-building to provide comprehensive support.
